Refunds & Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We guarantee that all products sold in our store are delivered within 45 business days (excluding order processing time of 2 - 4 business days). If you have not received your item within this time you can apply for a full refund, to do so please either send us an email to or by using our contact us page, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

Your refund claim must be submitted to us within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 business days excluding order processing time) has expired. Unfortunately we cannot accept refund requests after this time.

Buyer protection

You can also submit a refund request if the item you have received is not as described. In this case, your refund claim must be submitted to us within 15 days after you have taken delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept refund requests after this time.

Please note: Any potential refund for a late delivery, or as mentioned above, only applies to the individual item in question, not the entire order value.


Returning an item

If the item is not as described you can either:

     (a) Return it to us (at your own cost) for a full refund.


     (b) Get a partial refund (to be confirmed by and keep the item.

Refunds & Returns are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Item is as described, but you no longer require it.
  • If you have ordered the wrong item.
  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong delivery address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, bad weather, strikes, wars).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control.
  • Swimwear.
  • Underwear
  • Earrings - if removed from sealed packaging.
  • Toiletries.

Please contact us before returning any items:

  1. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
  4. cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit.
  5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
